We are a female led, family business. A multimedia production company based in Upper Hutt (Wellington) that provides affordable digital content for small and medium sized businesses to help tell your story. We pride ourselves as being a well-rounded company who strive to maintain a friendly, fair and a creative work environment all while trying to produce opportunities for other aspiring digital artists and producers.
We are first and foremost storytellers. We have the ability to use a range of multimedia tools which means we can offer our clients the “full package” experience. Clients can trust us to create content that works for them. Our team wants to work with you one on one, understand your obstacles, find a solution and deliver with excellent results.
Community is important to us and it’s important to give back. We work collaboratively with non-for-profit organisations and teams to promote their future projects.

Angharad 'Hari' Gladding
Creative Director and Creative Producer
Our Producer and Creative Director has an enviable portfolio with a background in film-making, art, design and creativity. She wrote and directed her first short film in 2011, since then she has taken time to study and graduated in 2015 from the Media, Film and Communication Department (MFCO), University of Otago, with a double Honours Degree in Film and Media and also holds a Diplomas in Animation, Film and Screen Production from Yoobee Colleges.
In 2019, she headed the team behind the film “It Is Me” as the director, producer and DOP which was officially selected into the Canberra Mental Health Film Festival 2019. She has been involved in filming various promotional videos and trailers for Toi Ngakau Productions and worked on multiple short film sets with an all-female cast and crew. The Girls, Scrubbing Day, Kidstuff Theatre and NZ Fridge Festival are only naming a few exciting projects and organisations she has had the privilege to have worked with over the last few years. While having the ability to work in a variety of environments, she brings a professionalism creating a fun relax atmosphere to capture the moments to truly make a well shot, edited and specific promotional video.
Megan Gladding
Creative Director and Art Director
Our Art Director and Production Designer is a 2017 graduate of Dunedin School of Art with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Merit) majoring in Sculpture. With two successful exhibitions, volunteering at Dunedin Fringe Festival and an outstanding portfolio she has being working for Disney for the last two years.
As a Costuming and Production Cast Member at Epcot in Walt Disney World Florida she has experience in ‘Costuming’ for Operations, Character, the technical requirements for Baymax; Guardians of the Galaxy; and worked in the prestigious ‘The Vault’ and the Royal Closet overseeing the costuming for the Disney Princesses.
As part of the Disney Production Team she worked on the inaugural stage production of Guardians of the Galaxy being part of the crew that filmed the experience; ‘Eat to the Beat’ is a three month extravaganzas of food and music where she worked with artists such as Tiffany, Air Supply, Boyz ll Men and many more talented artists/Bands; Finally she worked their premium show Candlelight which is the Christmas Processional with children from local US schools and artists including Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Patrick Harris and Jodi Benson. She has just completed an 8-month contract with Disney in China.
She brings, an understanding of the corporate side of Disney; a creative understanding and approach to issues and a professional “can do” attitude.
